It is a nice apartment with a good location, central but above all very quiet. There is a safe in the apartment. There is sufficient parking space at the complex for a possibly. rental car (not necessary). Shops within walking distance, including a large, relatively cheap, supermarket (San Eugenio). There is a shopping trolley in the apartment, which clearly facilitates shopping. Balcony has afternoon/evening sun (beautiful sunsets) and is equipped with sun blinds. The kitchen is equipped with a 2-burner induction hob and there are 2 coffee makers (Dolce Gusto and a filter machine). Kitchen equipment is complete. At check-in, 1 set of keys will be handed over (front door, safe and a key to open the gate opposite the reception, pedestrians only, this is the short way to the supermarket). There is a 2nd front door key in the apartment.
Free Wi-Fi is available. Passwords can be obtained at the reception. Due to network overload, the signal is weak and drops out regularly. At the reception, the reception is clearly better.
Communication with the friendly landlord is largely via e-mail. Response time is good, often within hours.
Overall impression: very good, have already made reservations for next year.
