We think it is a good apartment with sea view. It is a 5-minute walk to the sea. It's clean, but not big.
The sofa should be folded out into a bed.
The communication is good with the owner.

The 2nd time in Edward's studio and it felt like coming home! It's great that Edward makes the studio available at a reasonable price and we can enjoy it. We are already looking forward to our next holiday.

You do hear music from the square down the road and animation hotel but we didn't find it disturbing sleeping with the door open
communication owner is fantastic and fast

We had a wonderful holiday in the studio. Nice, clean, very complete inventory, nice TV, good wifi. We are already looking forward to our holiday in December.
