He has often been pointed out the shortcomings, it is "Cleaning with the French stroke" because the current French tenants have not responded to the cleaning.
The problem is that we can't throw him out in the middle of the season because there are no replacements waiting!
Just like in Belgium and the Netherlands, a cleaning team is a bottleneck profession and a problem to find one. We have been looking for several months!

It is right that these people respond, but in recent years Micazu has asked other tenants several times to send a response after staying in a clean holiday home after we had cleaned them ourselves before we left.
Because they didn't respond, our score is now going down!

What I also have to say is that it is not acceptable that Micazu charges 10% commission and then 21% VAT on both the cleaning costs and the deposit of 250 euros. On the deposit that I have to give back to the people, there are 30.25 euros costs and that should only be allowed on the rental of the holiday home!

We are considering whether we will rent out through Micazu in the future!

We usually do our shopping for a week and especially in corona times we avoid the busy department stores as much as possible.
The beds are bought in France so quite short. At the request of a 2 meter tall tenant 2 years ago, we did make a wooden extension for the bed in the front bedroom. Future (long-term) tenants can ask for this extension to be installed.

De opstartproblemen in het begin waren er omdat de huurders reeds om 6 uur 's morgens aankwamen zonder dat dit vooraf gevraagd was. Contractueel mocht de woning pas om 14 uur betreden worden. Bijgevolg waren veel toestellen waaronder Internet nog niet aangesloten en de zekering van de warmwaterboiler nog niet omhoog gezet. Bovendien is het voor een schoonmaakploeg enorm moeilijk om de woning om 11 uur fris en gebruiksklaar te maken wanneer de huurders reeds aanwezig zijn en liggen te slapen.
