We have been together with the family children 15-19. The location of the house is not touristy to between the locals. Very nice. The balcony offers a beautiful view of Lake Como. A good base to surrounding villages and towns to visit by car. Nothing is accessible on foot. There are no entertainment venues other than restaurants. We weren't looking for that either. The house offers all the comforts except for the heat in the bedrooms, which could not be dissipated, not even by means of the fans. In short, we had a wonderful holiday.

We were on holiday as a family for the second time in Residenza Romina. A very complete apartment where almost everything is there. The balcony overlooking Lake Como remains the most beautiful spot of the apartment.

Wonderful apartment in small village near Mennagio. Steep climb to the top but therefore a beautiful view from the balcony. Nice décor, nice kitchen, good beds. The swimming pool was closed due to corona, but is certainly a plus when it is open again. You need a car, in the village itself no restaurants but nearby in Cremia (restaurant Lumin on the water) and in Mennagio. A wonderful base for Lake Como.

If you want to enjoy a beautiful view over Lake Como, this is the place to be. It can accommodate 4 adults and has two bathrooms, which is very nice. You can make wonderful trips to sights in the area and enjoy the mountains.

We had a very nice week at Residenza Romina. The location and therefore the view are great. The location of the swimming pool is also superb! And what a beautiful area Lake Como is!

We found the apartment itself a bit dingy and the bedrooms upstairs very stuffy because there are only skylights. Fortunately, there were fans. The presence of a dishwasher and washing machine is also very pleasant with children.
