Nice holiday home in Greece. Especially the outdoor facilities are very nice. When it's very hot, the water in the pool is wonderfully cooling. And it is also very nice that the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. In our view, it is mainly a house that is attractive because of the outdoor space. Inside it is a bit small and dark, but that is clearly visible in the photos. The photos on Micazu's site give a realistic picture, so you know where you stand. The contact with the landlords is also pleasant.

The setting is very beautiful. Nafplion is a cozy city where you can eat out. The beaches and nature is beautiful. We highly recommended the sunken city at Epidaurus.

In short; A nice cottage in a nice place for a reasonable amount. Definitely recommended.

View from the terrace of the pool between the palm trees over the sea is fantastic. We enjoyed it to the fullest every day after an outing. There are plenty of sights (Nafplion, Epidaurus, Mycenae, Medea, etc.). easy to reach on quiet, well-maintained roads. A beach with a nice beach at Kantia is also easy to reach in 10 minutes. Also very nice in the hot summer months that there are air conditioners in the bedrooms.

Beautiful cottage with nice views. Located in a nice, local town, with nice restaurants. Very friendly people. Easily accessible and plenty to see in the area.
Cottage was fully equipped. Can't name a little thing that wasn't there. Lots of nice Dutch reading books, games, information about the area.
Equipped with all household goods and washing machine. Even toys for children, stuff for the swimming pool. And because people always leave something behind, you never miss out. And of course a very nice swimming pool with great views. Very good and nice contact with the owners, who respond immediately, even when you are there. Wifi also worked perfectly so we couldn't even miss the kids, who didn't join us for the first time ;)
Can't say anything else TOP. Had a great holiday.

Nice cottage, quiet location and with a beautiful view of the sea. The location is easy to drive from Athens. The kitchen is fully equipped and the cottage and pool were well clean on arrival. The beds were made and there are plenty of towels provided. The garden is spacious and has several 'seating areas'. The pool was still a bit cold when we visited the house in April 2017.

With young children it is a bit careful with some things that are within reach (Wi-Fi router / sockets etc.) and of course at the swimming pool where there is no fence around it. A cot, bath and potty are available.

In April 2017 we stayed in Iria for 14 days. Due to a flight delay, we arrived in the dark and had to enlist the help of the locals to find the house. It is fully equipped and has a fantastic view. New sun loungers had been purchased just before our arrival, which we gratefully used. With the weather around 20gr it was a wonderful place to be. The temperature of the pool water is still too cold in April, but it was wonderful to see how the swallows scooped the flies out of the water. There is a lot of information available about the sights in this part of the Peloponnese. In short, highly recommended.
