What a fantastic holiday we had! 2 adults and 2 teenage daughters. Lovely place, really Greek life with a view of the various agricultural fields where there was always something to do. In the evening in the village there is a lot of activity of the locals on the main square. Lovely pool to cool off. The house absolutely top with everything you could possibly need. A new kitchen, good shower and nice air conditioning in the bedrooms. Good food at the butcher in the village and beautiful trips to Nafplion, Tolo, Athens and the canal of Corinthos. Again, Iria is a perfect place for when you want to stay out of the tourists and get a taste of the real Greek atmosphere!

All in all a nice house for a week! Surroundings (including Nafplio, Epidaurus and islands of Hydra and Spetses) can be explored very well from here!

We had a nice holiday. The cottage is fine. With a lot of stuff in the house, from cheese slicer to candles. The view is truly fantastic!
You can really relax here. The air conditioning in the bedrooms is also very nice.

In Iria there are 4 restaurants where you can eat well. Two within walking distance, in the middle of the village square. In Iria Beach even one where the food is very good! The two restaurants on the harbor in Iria Beach are attached to each other. The restaurant in front when you arrive is the best! Good service and delicious food. The other has a slightly nicer entourage. Some older trees under which you eat with lights in them.

For a getaway other than the antiquities and the beach, the area and caves around Kranidi is recommended. Franchti Cave and Didyma Caves. Surprisingly beautiful both!

I don't think you can call that detached because you have to follow quite a few rules because of the neighbors. There is a code of conduct in the book. I would like to know such things in advance !!
The houses are very close together. Freedom and luxury That was the reason why we wanted to rent a detached house. But they were disappointed.
The pool is 12 degrees at the end of September. The sea 26 degrees.
That was the second big disappointment, 12 degrees is nice at 35 degrees but at 25 degrees it's not fun anymore. As a result, we have made little use of the swimming pool. The neighbors also said it was a general complaint. The pool cools down very quickly,
Furthermore, the terrace around the pool may be maintained because at some points it is already collapsing and in no time the splinters will come.
If this information had been honestly stated in the description, we would absolutely not have chosen this. Furthermore, the view is beautiful.
Friendly helpful neighbors with a lot of barking dog.
Hygiene was neat and so was the contact with the homeowners.
Not for us anymore and we do not recommend this house. The price/quality ratio is not in balance
