We were here earlier in October last year and also this time we liked the stay in Juan Flores. It is a beautiful and well cared for apartment.

We have been in Apartment Juan Flore in Juan Les Pins from 1 to 11 October. It was wonderful to stay in the beautiful apartment. Large corner balcony facing east and south. Sliding doors on both sides. The apartment is equipped with everything. Public transport and supermarkets nearby. The very hospitable Ries and Anne have taken care of everything well. Anne has folders where you can find all kinds of things. Even photos showing how the drawers and cabinets are laid out. There are Dutch books available, from thrillers to novels. We enjoyed it very much and will definitely go there again.

Enjoyed this lovely apartment. Beach, shops for daily groceries and Juan les Pins center within walking distance. Location is perfect for nice trips such as to Cannes, Nice, Mougins, Antibes or Monaco. Last days of our visit it got very hot and we missed air conditioning. But other than that, we really enjoyed it!

For the second time we have been to Juan Flore, we have had another wonderful holiday in this beautiful apartment.
Almost everything is present in the apartment, we enjoyed again the beautiful sunny balcony with beautiful sea views.

Our son enjoyed the pool and the sea where you are within a few minutes walk.
Lovely to walk to the cozy center in the evening and have a drink, eat ice cream or have a bite to eat by the sea.

Good base for various day trips by car, but you can also reach Cannes and Antibes in no time by bus.

All in all, we had a wonderful holiday and we will definitely come back.

Beautiful apartment with beautiful balcony where there is always sun. Close to a good beach and supermarket. The apartment is equipped with all conveniences, so even in bad weather it is a good place to be. Ries and Anne can be proud of such a beautiful place, very nice how they help you with all kinds of useful information. Surroundings are beautiful, we especially liked Nice and St. Paul de Vence recommended. The only downside is that the distance from the apartment to the center of Juan Les Pins and the boulevard is a bit large.

Spacious balcony and on a beautiful and well-maintained complex. Beach and supermarket within walking distance. We enjoyed it and can't think of any negatives. Highly recommended with friendly and helpful landlords.

Lovely apartment spaciously located right on the sandy beach. The buildings are located together in an enclosed area, it gives a safe feeling and tranquility. In addition, it is well maintained and beautifully planted.
The corner balcony is ideally located. In the morning sun on one side, between about 11 and 14 o'clock when the sun is most dangerous, shade and then sun again from the other side. The small piece of sea view gave us a surprising amount to see.
Plenty of equipment inside.
Highly recommended!!!!!
