In Moraira, a pleasant village on the coast of the Costa Blanca, we have a modern detached villa with luxurious facilities for our own use and for rental.
Sunny location in a beautiful garden and a nice swimming pool, you can enjoy the usually wonderful weather in a great location. Lots of privacy. Shops/supermarkets, beach and the center of Moraira are nearby.
For the cooler days in winter there is underfloor heating throughout the house.
Long term rates are negotiable (4 w+)

Fantastic house. Nicely decorated with clear love for Africa and equipped with all comforts.
