Great house. Looks better in reality than in the picture. Complete, everything is there and nice and spacious. Location is beautiful in the middle of the woods . We have wonderfully relaxed and beautiful surroundings.

We (3 couples) have been coming to this holiday home for a number of years with great pleasure. The location is great and the amenities in the cottage are top notch.
A few notes: 1. the chair in the living room is so saggy that you can't sit on it. We also indicated this the very first time we were there, but unfortunately nothing has been done with it yet. 2. The lighting does not work everywhere, upstairs the bedside lamps, downstairs a number of lamps. 3. The hook in the bathroom comes out of the wall when you hang a towel on it.
It's a few small things that are easy to fix. We will definitely come back!

The house is ideal for families, for the parents there is the downstairs bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and toilet and upstairs for the other family members there are the two bedrooms sleeping 5 persons and a bathroom and toilet. The living areas and kitchen are very spacious. The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances. The house would benefit from more fly and mosquito screens as flies and mosquitoes were a problem during the hot weather we experienced. The house is close to the village with an excellent supermarket and a very nice restaurant. A bicycle hire shop is also in the village where you can hire a bike for very reasonable prices with excellent cycling tracks nearby. Beware that the road to the house (approximately 1.5 km) is unsealed. The house is within easy reach of the city of Apeldoorn.

Been to the Broekhof several times with our old mother who has a lovely "grand piano" of her own. A bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor is ideal for her. Also great beds. My sister, our husbands and I enjoyed it again. Especially when our children also came for a day to barbecu. This was also present in the barn. It was noticeable that it was less clean than previous years, don't get me wrong; It wasn't dirty, but I know from the previous times that it was shiny and we almost didn't dare to go in with shoes. Now there was still dirt in a trash can, the floor was not completely clean just like the oven. Furthermore, a top stay and a top location. We are going to book again!!
