A lot of overdue maintenance. Owner probably hasn't been on location for years. Central heating and shower poorly regulated. No good descriptions anywhere (TV and heating) The promised bakery at 5 minutes walk has been closed for years. Fortunately, there is a good oven in the kitchen. So bake your own sandwiches.

The house needs to be refurbished. The shower exit is unsafe (place handle!). There are no smoke or CO detectors (so put these on!). The fencing around the terrace is on the verge of collapse (i.e. replaced) and is unsafe for small children. The heating system makes a lot of noise and does not always provide hot water (do maintenance). The bed is good and the patio furniture is fine. The kitchen is cramped. The promised map of the area is completely worn out and outdated. We had beautiful weather in September and did a lot of walking and enjoyment.

Upon arrival, the manager turned out to be on vacation. Unclear where we were supposed to pick up the key. Cot not quite in order and no high chair. When we left we had to get out at 10.00 am, while the papers said 11.00 am.

The cottage is small and with 2 people that goes very well.
We really had a great time here and our dog loved it!!

Op en afrit naar het huisje met de motor haast niet te doen zeker bij nattigheid.
Voor oudere gasten steungreep om de douche veilig in en uit te kunnen stappen zou handig zijn.
Muffe geur, betere ventilatie? Horren in slaapkamer ramen zouden fijn zijn.
Keuken keurig schoon, maar de oven niet kunnen gebruiken ( Grote schoonmaakbeurt nodig )
Bed met lekkere matras, prima geslapen. Prima terras.
Zie dit als opbouwende kritiek, verder een heerlijke week gehad.

Leuk vakantiehuisje in de Harz. Mooie omgeving rondom. Wel klein huisje aan de rand van het oude schutzgebau, maakt een beetje indruk van vergane glorie. Voor de rest prima vermaakt.
