A nice and sunny apartment with all the trimmings. Nice contact with the attentive landlords. Private parking very nice and good place to store the bicycles.

Upon arrival we were welcomed by Karla and Harry, they were very friendly people. The contact went perfectly, the location is a dream and the house was very clean and everything you ma wish for was there. The apartment complex is quiet and clean and pool was perfect. Nearby is everything within walking distance in terms of shops, restaurants, beach.

The welcome by the landlords was very good. Sufficient explanation was given about how everything works. They even make sure that there is already a nice chilled drink in the fridge, which is very nice when it is so hot.

The welcome by the landlords was very good. Sufficient explanation was given about how everything works. They even make sure that there is already a nice chilled drink in the fridge, which is very nice when it is so hot.

The three of us stayed. Currently, the furniture in the living room can accommodate two people. There is a small two-seater sofa and a chair, the legs of the chair are very shaky/loose and unstable. To prevent the legs from breaking off, we did not use the chair and then only a small sofa is very tight for three people. The double bed 140x90 is on the tight side for two adults.

For €80 cleaning costs you can expect the apartment to be delivered clean, unfortunately there was still hair and dust on the tables and cupboards. There was also a lot of dirt under the couch and beds. However, there is room for improvement.

The air conditioning in the living room is fine to cool the living room but has too little capacity to also cool the bedrooms, where there is no air conditioning. As a result, the bedrooms remain far too warm, unfortunately. And to get the bedrooms slightly cooler, the air conditioning has to be on for hours, which in turn costs a lot of electricity, which you pay separately at the end of your stay. An air conditioner in every room would be welcome.

The location is fine. Close to restaurants and supermarket. Keep in mind that the apartment is located on a hill and you have to walk up a very steep slope.

Landlords Harry and Karla are very sweet people who want their tenants to have a good stay. And this is reflected in everything so that you as a tenant can enjoy a carefree holiday.
