"El Balcon del Albir". The complex has a communal pool and gardens. Each apartment has its own parking.

Amarillo Apartment has a spacious terrace and is situated on the South.
The balcony overlooks the mountain range "Sierra Helada."

The apartment has a living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a spacious bathroom with bath and separate laundry area.
It is quiet and only 300 meters from the supermarket, shops, restaurants, bars, internet shop and approximately 1 kilometer from the beach Playa Albir. There are good bus links to Benidorm and Altea include less than 5 minutes walking distance.

Albir belongs to the municipality Alfas del Pi is that three kilometers inland.
In recent years, Albir become an independent resort. The municipality has about 20,000 inhabitants. It is a small, beautiful resort with many amenities and very good.

Along the beach is a beautiful marble promenade with palm trees and several restaurants and terraces. The promenade has a "Walk of Fame, where several well-known (Spanish) actors and actresses during the annual festival of L'Alfaz del Pi, a tile laying.

The climate is Mediterranean and very mild.

Conditions

It is wise to read these conditions carefully. Both you, as Amarillo Apartment Albir (hereinafter "Landlord") find herein the rights and obligations. With your reservation at Amarillo Apartment Albir confirms you agree to these terms.

1. Reserve
You can download an application for a reservation. A final reservation of the apartment is always done by email. This way of reservation for you and us is binding.
We will make the reservation within 48 hours after the date of the application and confirm by email invoice. Are you within 48 hours after the reservation was not in possession of a written confirmation and invoice, you should contact the landlord to take.

2. Price
The prices on the website is not legally binding. Landlord reserves the right to modify these prices. When booking you will be informed at the right price. The final on the confirmation / invoice price is binding.

3. Payment
When booking you 20% of the rent charged, with a minimum of € 150.00. Payment thereof shall be made within 14 days after the invoice date stated on the confirmation / invoice. The remainder of the amount must be at least 6 weeks before your arrival in the possession of his landlord. Reservations made within 6 weeks before your stay, the entire lump sum paid. In case of untimely or incomplete payment the lessor is entitled to cancel the reservation. The landlord sends you a confirmation email .. Already paid are not refundable.
The deposit, costs for cleaning and any extras are to be paid upon arrival.

4. Deposit
You need to pay a deposit of € 250.00. For a rental period of more than 4 weeks, the deposit is equal to 4 weeks rent. The cost of any damage in and to the rented apartment or its fittings caused by the tenant, one of his co-tenants, or any of its guests are deducted from the deposit. If there are

5. Cancellation
If canceled, the following conditions.
Cancellation: You will pay:
More than 8 weeks before arrival the amount of the deposit
Less than 8 weeks before arrival the deposit + 20% of the rent
Less than 6 weeks before arrival the deposit + 40% of the rent
Less than 4 weeks before arrival the deposit + 60% of the rent
Less than 2 weeks before arrival the deposit + 80% of the rent

Cancellation must be made by phone or by writing to the landlord should be given. Immediately after receipt of the cancellation landlord sends you a cancellation confirmation / invoice. If the landlord by any circumstance be compelled to cancel the holiday already booked, this will immediately be notified to the tenant and, if possible, by offering an alternative. The tenant has no right other than the recovery of this amount. We advise you to take out cancellation insurance. This can be closed by any insurance company within 14 days after the invoice date.

6. Pets
Pets are not allowed.

7. Ensure apartment and environment
The rented apartment must be with due care and diligence to be inhabited, while respecting the tranquility of the surroundings. If the tenant does not behave as a good tenant or serious annoyance or nuisance to the surroundings, it can further be denied access to the apartment, without entitlement to a refund of the rent. If the tenant unexpected damage to the rented property and / or inventory, must immediately be reported to the landlord. 8. Water and electricity
The prices Amarillo Apartment Albir offers are exclusive consumption of water and electricity, unless otherwise indicated. At the end of the rental period, the consumption of electricity and water included. The costs should be settled locally. For a rental period of more than 4 weeks, the consumption per 4 week period to be paid in cash.

9. Maximum number of persons

10. Arrival and departure

11. Other costs

12. Liability
Lessor assumes no liability for:
• theft, loss or damage of any nature whatsoever, during or following a stay in your rented apartment
• Break down or decommissioning of technical equipment and the power loss and / or water
• any activities in the vicinity of the rented object.

13. Complaints
If the tenant unexpectedly complaints during his stay, this must always be passed to the lessor. Through consultation will then be attempted with complaints as quickly as possible and possible problems. Public transport:

You can easily and cheaply by bus from Alicante airport to Benidorm. In Benidorm you can graduate and take the bus to Albir.

Albir is a small quiet resort and is located about 50 km from Alicante airport. Behind the wide beach is a pleasant boulevard and promenade.
The area is great for bike trips and hikes. For example, to Altea be walked or cycled, where sun-drenched terraces along the entire route can be found.

The surroundings of Albir offers numerous opportunities for recreational and cultural fields.
