The landlords Christine and Arnold are sweet, hospitable people who have arranged everything down to the last detail to make it as pleasant as possible for the tenants. The cottage is delivered clean and nicely furnished and the surroundings neatly maintained.

We come to the cuckoo more often and every time it is a warm welcome. What a nice place, Arnold and Christien are super friendly landlords. The cuckoo has had an upgrade. Now the cottage is even more comfortable. With children it is a wonderful place to be and the location is really great!

Beautiful and quiet area, where you can hear the birds chirping at the top of their lungs all day long and the squirrels eating the peanuts under your hands. While you are enjoying yourself on the porch.

Beautiful and quiet area, where you can hear the birds chirping at the top of their lungs all day long and the squirrels eating the peanuts under your hands. While you are enjoying yourself on the porch.
In the area we have made wonderful cycling and walking tours. When I got home I made frequent use of the excellent bbq that is there.
For us definitely a place to return to.

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in the Koekoek.
Despite the bad weather, we were able to enjoy all the animals in the garden through the large windows and the covered porch.

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in the Koekoek.
Despite the bad weather, we were able to enjoy all the animals in the garden through the large windows and the covered porch.
Every day the fox came to eat an egg and a bowl of dog food. The scatter food, the bird peanut butter and the peanuts were in great demand because of the many nests with birds. The squirrels also came very close to eating peanuts.
The cottage is fully equipped with extensive crockery, cutlery, pans, etc.
Excellent (garden) furniture and beds. Outside there is even a freezer and a washing machine.
If we had any questions, the owner was immediately there for us.
We immediately booked again for next year and we are already looking forward to it!

Birds, tree arters and the fox roam through the garden.
On the veranda 2 rocking chairs really a godsend.
Bbq on and Enjoy the peace and quiet.
