It's a cozy cottage. I can imagine that with children under 5 to 6 years old, the stairs are a bit creepy. The cottage is big enough for the four of us. Six would be possible, but seems very tight to me. The area is beautiful....

Six would be possible, but seems very tight to me. The area is beautiful. We did a lot of walking. There is also a walk on the bungalow park (7 houses) where the house is located, but we didn't do that. You won't be bothered by the other houses. We had nice weather so we had a wonderful midweek. Really enjoyed it. The walk through Tros Marets (near Beverce, blue route) is highly recommended.

Relax in this beautiful environment and in this fine house with spacious garden. Interesting trips and adventurous hikes to make in this lesser-known part of the Belgian Ardennes. The layout and furnishings of the house are extremely cozy, the beds are lovely and the inventory is more than complete. A drawer full of good books and even two fun jigsaw puzzles for rainy days. Landlord is easily accessible and provides real service if desired. Highly recommended!

Beautiful location in the middle of nature. Sat on the terrace and barbecued. On rainy days there is plenty to do in the area and it is also wonderful to stay in the house. We went for a week and had a great time; in Malmedy there are many summer activities such as a market with local products, a day trip to Clervaux (Luxembourg) to visit a castle/war museum, the Peak brewery on the High Fens and the picturesque village of Monschau just across the German border. We will definitely come back!

Cozy holiday home!! Good mattresses! If you come with very small children, you have to take the open staircase into account. The flat screen and DVD player have not been used much but it was nice that it was there. The cottage is quietly located and yet close to hiking nodes. A nice place for young and old. Definitely recommended!!

A lovely house with everything you need in a beautiful place with lots to see in the area. A very nice place to relax in nature. The cleaning lady had mistakenly made her mistake in the day so it was not super clean and you did notice some maintenance things in terms of hygiene of the equipment and the shower. This did not detract from how we were able to enjoy ourselves!

Nice house, you walk directly from the house into the woods. Ideal for walking the dog. The shops are not within walking distance so a bicycle or car is handy. The house itself is cosily furnished without unnecessary frills. There is no wifi or TV but we didn't find that a problem. And washing dishes by hand is a feast with this view! The snow we got made the picture complete!
