As in previous years, we had a great time this time. Coincidentally, our stay fell in a -even for the Costa Blanca- very warm autumn period. The only thing that plagued us was (but that's inherent to the heat) the unprecedented activity of insects. They forced us to flee the afternoon sun, but it is certainly not a punishment to stay indoors. We literally and figuratively have warm memories of our stay at Villa Montemar.

Had a nice holiday with 2 families. Villa is in a beautiful area and as mentioned earlier in the reviews, the interior is from a few years ago, but everything works and is clean and that's what matters. Swimming pool is nice and spacious for 6 people. Tip: the sunbeds that are used a lot can really be replaced.

A beautiful villa! Lots of space outside. Lots of privacy, no one you see. Shaded spots everywhere, but certainly also many places in the sun. Highly recommended. We will definitely come back.

A lovely house in a great place with plenty of privacy. Easy to drive on. In the vicinity of supermarket and various eateries. In addition, there are also nice towns in the area such as Moraira, Calpe, Altea and La Vila Joiosa....

A lovely house in a great place with plenty of privacy. Easy to drive on. In the vicinity of supermarket and various eateries. The house is spacious and is equipped with all comforts. A good and complete kitchen, two good bathrooms, several bedrooms, a lovely swimming pool and a good location in relation to the sun. On several terraces around the house you can grab both the sun and the shade. Parking on site. The house is also suitable for two couples. The direct contacts with the Dutch landlord went smoothly and pleasantly.

We enjoyed the house, the spacious pool, the beautiful garden and the view! It was quite hot so the air conditioning was lovely.

A very nice holiday home where we will definitely come back. Nice seating areas created on the site and in our situation it was nice that there was a lot of privacy due to the ground floor. Highly recommended.

It was again a pleasure to be able to use Villa Montemar. Also this time everything was in perfect order. Fortunately, the good autumn weather also helped so that we could use the terraces around the house from early in the morning until late at night to enjoy the sun. Of course we also visited the beautiful surroundings of Moraira again. Despite the fact that we have been visiting this beautiful part of Spain for over 40 years, we still like to come back to it.

Very friendly and helpful owners! Beautiful large house with a beautiful location, several terraces so that there is always sun or shade as desired. Excellent swimming pool which is kept neatly clean. However, a car is needed to go to the beach or boulevard or shop. There are many steps to get from one place to another, but from the ground floor of the house there is a passenger elevator to easily get to the first floor. Think of an anti-mosquito product in the autumn, but that does not only apply to this house. The four of us had a great, relaxing holiday. We can heartily recommend this house!!

The interior of the house, garden and the various terraces leaves nothing to be desired. There is even a carport for the car. A car is needed to buy groceries or leave home for other activities. The pool had a constant temperature of 25 degrees at the beginning of September and has a length of about 10 meters. Great for cooling down.
We are happy to recommend the house and the surroundings and we may use them again ourselves.
