Highly recommended! Great location, lots of privacy and beautiful nature. Wonderful house, lovingly furnished & well maintained! Clean, quiet value for money excellent. If there was something to improve: dishwasher and larger refrigerator, as well as a larger sofa. The landlord is very friendly and responds in record time! Thank you for everything!

It was a very nice experience, san everything was thought of in the cottage and was warm and characteristic. There was a description for use everywhere, so it was very easy. Surroundings are really lovely, in the morning you can enjoy the birds in the garden, no bystanders and all amenities were available. Had a great stay!

House is perfectly fine for 2 people+dog. Almost too small for a family. Comfort (dishwasher, microwave or real oven) are not available.

Neat, dated cottage that needs some overdue maintenance. I did miss the, nowadays mandatory, smoke detectors, especially in a dry summer like 2022. Had a great stay, good beds and plenty of duvets, both one and two people present. We had a great holiday!

The cottage is exactly as the photo depicts. Given the price-quality ratio, this is very good for a nice and relaxing holiday in the Achterhoek. The surroundings are beautiful and there is a lot to do with the family. Lots of...

The cottage is exactly as the photo depicts. Given the price-quality ratio, this is very good for a nice and relaxing holiday in the Achterhoek. The surroundings are beautiful and there is a lot to do with the family. Lots of squirrels and birds in the hedge and very quiet in the park. It doesn't feel like you're at a holiday park. The beds are not very comfortable unfortunately, but the shower is small but very nice. There is little storage space for your own belongings, e.g. in the kitchen, the fridge is far too small for a family and the cupboards do not provide space for groceries. The sanitary facilities were clean, the rest of the house offers room for improvement in terms of hygiene. There has been no contact with the landlord, but that was not necessary, because everything was well arranged in mutual e-mail traffic in advance. We felt welcome and we enjoyed it.

Felt at home. On the very hot days, we even sat inside, because it was cooler than outside at that time. Lovely "Jan, Jans and the Children" again and read the books of Rien Poortvliet.
