Had a wonderful holiday at this beautiful location! The accommodation is fully equipped. You lack nothing. Daphne is incredibly hospitable; She has the best tips and spoils you with homemade delicacies. The setting is beautiful. Lots to see and experience just a short distance away. In short: highly recommended. We never go to the same place a second time, but for this accommodation we make an exception!

This was 1 of the apartments we had rented. All equally beautiful and beautifully situated. And lots of privacy. The hospitality is great! Highly recommended! We will definitely be back.

The farm is beautifully situated on the slope between olive trees. The view from the large windows of the apartment over the countryside is beautiful. We also felt very comfortable at the pool between olive trees. If you want to be alone, you have your privacy on your own terrace at the house. And at the pool we met nice people.
However, you need a car here, as all shops and restaurants are far away. However, this did not bother us, because on the other hand, with a little luck, you can discover birds such as hoopoes or bee-eaters through this location, as we did. And many beautiful Tuscany cities are within easy reach, the best, as Daphne suggests, from Empoli by train. You should definitely take wine from the neighboring Lupi winery with you, a real insider tip!

We often had the pool to ourselves. Within 15 minutes by car you are at various supermarkets and/or restaurants. Dafhne is a very nice owner where you can go with your questions. With reservations for local eateries, Daphne arranged it for us. We enjoyed this holiday!!

What a beautiful location with beautiful views, and all the sights within driving distance! We also really enjoyed the conviviality and the wine tasting at the neighbor's.

The garden and pool are lovely! My favorite place is the hammock.
Okay, it's a bit further to a supermarket. But you can buy groceries for a few days in the city of Empoli. There is a large fridge freezer. Cooking is fine in the apartment.
We don't keep the address a secret! And maybe we'll come back ourselves.

We had a wonderful week in Vinci. From the beginning that we arrived at the accommodation we were very well received by Daphne. Daphne and her husband have turned this place into a little paradise where you are surrounded by fig trees, vineyards and olive trees. The real Italian feeling. If you get into the right season, there is even plenty to taste. The apartment we stayed in was fully equipped and very clean with a view over the beautiful valley of vinci, just like a painting. There is plenty to do nearby, take some nice walks over the nearby hills or go to a lovely town nearby. Or just do nothing. The beach is also nearby, Daphne is happy to give you the most beautiful places to go. Highly recommended!

Beautiful house, with nice views over the Tuscan hills. Nice swimming pool with sun loungers and some shade under olive trees. House is well and fully furnished. You won't be short of anything. Air conditioning in our cottage was also nice. You have your own entrance and terrace, wonderfully quiet. The only downside we can think of is that the bakery/supermarket is a fifteen minute drive away and that the last part of the way to the house is on a dirt road. But all in all a beautiful house and top location in the hills!
