Daphne & Nicola are the definition of hospitality, even after several visits their service is unchanged at a very high level. most likely until a return visit.

The 4 of us were guests of Daphne and her husband. We rented Vinci 1 and 2. It was really great! The location, the décor, the hospitality, everything was perfect. The swimming pool is also lovely, especially with temperatures around 35 degrees you could cool off there. The joint meal on Monday with the help of a local cook was also great; Perfectly cared for and delicious food, with honest ingredients. I have nothing to say about our stay. We will definitely go back again, in the spring when the temperatures are a bit more manageable and there are no mosquitoes (yet).
Now we enjoy the delicious wine and oil for a while.

Had a wonderful holiday in Vitolini, Vinci. We enjoyed the peace and the view from the terrace at our cottage near the Podere of Daphne and Nicola. The beautiful cities of Florence, San Gimignano, Lucca and Siena are very easy to visit from there, and you can enjoy hiking in the area on the slopes around Vinci. Daphne's hospitality is absolutely superb!

It's a super nice cottage and a great view.
For us there was 1 disadvantage (not well oriented in advance) that you always have to take the car from the cottage first to do something, even a walk.

For us there was 1 disadvantage (not well oriented in advance) that you always have to take the car from the cottage first to do something, even a walk.
From Empoli where we parked the car, we took the train to Pisa, Lucca and Pastioa.

Had a fantastic two week holiday in Vista Vinci 1.
A beautiful view from the terrace.
We had problems with a mattress that was way too soft but Daphne and her husband pulled out all the stops to help us. Even wanted to order a new mattress but unfortunately the delivery time was too long. Everything has been tried and everything was possible, even being allowed to lie on the beds in all apartments to feel what the best solution would be.
When we arrived very late in the evening, we were welcomed with a bottle of cold water and baguette.
The surroundings are beautiful. Many beautiful villages and towns.
The road to the cottage is a bit difficult to pass, unpaved and you have to drive very slowly, especially the last part, not recommended if the car is heavily loaded.
The cottage is cutely decorated, the kitchen small but is listed, but for two people it is quite possible to make a delicious meal.
Of all the apartments, this one has the most beautiful view.
There is indeed a lot of privacy
Highly recommended for a wonderful holiday, especially because of the location and tranquility.
