A wonderfully quiet place in the middle of green nature. Only olive trees around you and a beautiful view. We had a wonderful week here and Daphne and Nicola are very friendly and helpful. It is a beautiful area for cycling or walking. The cottage is cosily furnished and fully equipped.

The view that the house offers of the surroundings is particularly beautiful. That view was the reason for us to choose this house.
During our stay we were unfortunately confronted with the presence of the tiger mosquito! ...

The view that the house offers of the surroundings is particularly beautiful. That view was the reason for us to choose this house.
During our stay we were unfortunately confronted with the presence of the tiger mosquito! Both day and night!
The owner did advise us a remedy, but it would be advisable to offer that remedy in advance.
Furthermore, the house is very noisy. The doings of the upstairs neighbors can be followed literally.
Two blemishes on the whole.

What a fantastic place with beautiful views and a nice central location to the most beautiful sights in Tuscany! The cottage was fully equipped and very attractively decorated, we felt right at home. Daphne was a perfect hostess, we were warmly welcomed, there was something tasty ready for us and when we needed something or wanted to know something she was immediately ready with tips or help, super!
All in all we had a great holiday and hope to come back again!

Beautiful farmhouse in a very quiet and peaceful area with beautiful views. Daphne is always there for you and yet is invisible. The apartment and the private garden also give a wonderful feeling of privacy.

View is really phenomenal, nice pool to cool off.
Within an hour you will be in, among other things; Florence, Siena, Luca, Pisa, San Gimignano, Beach

A beautiful, quiet place where you can relax. Daphne welcomed us very warmly and showed us around and her partner Nicola is also very friendly. We were both quite ready for a holiday and it is nice to notice that the hostess feels flawlessly during such a week how much need for contact you have as a guest. I think that's a real quality! There are no restaurants or shops in the village, but with your car you can be in Vinci or Empoli within 10 minutes so that's fine. We stayed on the ground floor of the separate house on the property and that was lovely. It is clean, nicely decorated, we did not miss anything in utensils and there was a lot of information about the region. The region is beautiful and this place is fairly centrally located to most of the sights. Tuscany in June, when it is not so busy or hot, we found a relief. We will definitely come back!
