We Christien (1964) and Erik (1965) have been a sporty set for over 20 years now. Parents of 2 beautiful sons and have been working in the sports and exercise industry for more than 30 years. Thanks to the sale of our fitness center after more than 16 years, we can now focus all our attention on our company, Leefstijlschuur. We live and work in Friesland and regularly travel to Sweden. Our love for nature, peace, quiet and yoga can be found in our Swedish holiday home.
