About Dennis & Rèzlin Kiekebos
We are Dennis and Rèzlin and live in the Netherlands with our son Sven. In 2021 this beautiful house with its barns crossed our path. It once served as the water mill of the French village of Saon. We fell in love with the house and the area! Le Moulin (The mill) is located in the Normandy region of France and that fits in with our interest in the Second World War in terms of history.
We took the step in September 2022 and received the key, after which we started renovating in the spring of 2023. It was a challenge to renovate everything, but we did it!
We leave the barns on the site for what it is for now, but we hope to be able to renovate them to their full glory in the future. Just as it is our dream to eventually make 'the mill' work again!
