Welcome! Nice that you are interested in our holiday home.
We are Jeroen and Esther and live here in beautiful Oudemirdum. We both know the southwest corner of Friesland from our youth and have spent our holidays here for many years. Oudemirdum is beautiful! The village is located between the rich forest area of Gaasterland and the IJsselmeer and is never boring!
The house we rent dates from 1937 and was originally the house at Huningspaed 7. In 2003 a house was built next to it, we live in this house and we rent out the original beautiful forest house which we have renamed "Huizzze Bos & Meer ".
With the Jolderenbos on the other side, the IJsselmeer 5 minutes away and the panoramic views over the Frisian farmlands, we immediately fell in love with this place.
