A few years ago I bought a holiday home in Spain. The intention was to go here every now and then during the school holidays. I searched for a long time for a house that met my expectations. The location had to be perfect. After I bought this house, it was completely furnished for myself.
It was never the intention to rent this house. When I rented it out, it turned out to be a success.
