Nice to meet you! We are the Roeffel family; Raymond, Sanne, Floortje (13) and Thijmen (9). Raymond is a renewable energy entrepreneur who enjoys running and cycling. Our dream, to buy a house in Italy, came true this year. We fell in love with the house, because it is a top spot every season. In summer at the lake, in winter there is snow on top of the mountain. In the before and after year there are an incredible number of sporting activities to do. There are many restaurants and several cities are at a distance. The distance is not unimportant; you can go by car, the airport (Milan) is a 30 to 45 minute drive and the train is also a possibility. What makes you decide to buy a house? Actually especially feeling, we really fell in love with the house!
