The only downside we found was that you are not allowed much in the pool (no balls, no air mattress) and the 'regular' residents keep an eye on you whether you behave at the pool, does not feel nice...

2 couples on a tour of Andalusia (11 days Oct/Nov). Beautiful new, spacious and fully equipped apartment. View is of the inner area with shared pool, not of the external surroundings. An area under development, causing (non-nuisance) noise nuisance construction site further down the road. Need car to reach sea, Estepona, supermarket. Enjoyed apartment.

We enjoyed this holiday immensely. Apartment is top notch! It was clean, tidy and more than spacious enough. Children were very happy with the swimming pool which is located on the terrace.

The only thing you have to keep in mind is that you really need a car for most activities, because this neighborhood is still very quiet. But it's worth it!

Very neat and well equipped apartment. Nice complex. Location outside Estepona and car is necessary. Supermarket and bakery unfortunately a bit further away.

We had a very nice week from September 23 to October 1, 2022.
The apartment is TOP, fully equipped, swimming pool / gym / parking garage with private space and close to the center of Estopona, super nice not too touristy place on the Costa del Sol with nice restaurants and nice beach (10 min)We were two but for four people also more than enough space Two bedrooms / Two spacious bathrooms and a super nice stylish modern interior. Highly recommended. Direct contact with owners who respond immediately, again highly recommended.

A beautiful apartment with all the comforts. The complex has a shared swimming pool and a separate children's pool. The children had a great time there. Also very nice that there is a garden with a bbq. From the garden you can see the swimming pool. This is very nice with children. It is necessary to have a car because there is not much in the area (within walking distance). All amenities are easy and quick to reach by car. There is plenty to do in the area. We are definitely considering coming back.
