The cozy authentic cottage is in a beautiful location, nice garden and terrace where we could have our breakfast in the sun. Bakery and supermarket within walking distance, as well as the river Dordogne and the village of Domme. The swimming pool is a nice addition.

The central location of the house ensures that almost all highlights can be visited with short drives. We hope to come back someday!

Perfect for a family with large children. Please note: it is located on a steep road, so people who have difficulty walking must do everything by car.

Nice cozy house built against the mountain on the road from Domme. The house has a modern kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. The living room is traditionally furnished.

The garden has a super view of the lower village with nice cozy covered seating area (with bbq), swimming pool and an intermediate terrace with an outdoor table.

There is little traffic on the road next to the house and you are hardly bothered by the traffic that passes by.

If you walk up the mountain you will soon arrive in the beautiful historic Domme which is definitely worth a visit. The lower Cenac has a bakery, butcher, supermarket and several restaurants.

The contact with the landlords is through Ilona and Niels. We have only been in contact via email, which was responded to quickly and correctly. On the day of departure we also received the confirmation that we had left the house well and that we would get our deposit back.

In short, very nice holiday home in a beautiful place!

The cottage is cozy and cozy and is located in a nice central location. The garden is lovely and completely fenced off, so nice if you come with a pet. The welcome was very welcome and the cottage was neat. The inventory in the kitchen offers everything you need and there is a basic set of necessities (spices, coffee, oil, keukerol, etc.) which is very pleasant to arrive. We did not have the best weather and were therefore regularly inside the house and then 4 adults is maximum. Important to know that the upper floor does not have a door between the two bedrooms, there is no privacy in the individual rooms. Downstairs a beautiful bedroom. There are mosquito nets, but they are old and not completely closing anymore. We didn't like the beds ourselves (hard and short duvets) but that might be personal. Upstairs, the beds were of lesser quality. Towns of Domme and Cenac are both within walking distance of the cottage and that is nice. Groceries can also all be done in Cenac.

Beautifully located building full of character, where you will automatically "grow into" during your stay. Beautiful view over the valley, lovely garden with several terraces. Everything is very petty, but if you are good on your feet and have a good condition, for example for the grandiose bakery in the lower Cenac, then this is a wonderful place for the peace seeker and nature lover, for a maximum of 4 people. Small side note; the beds on the top floor do need to be replaced, but this does not detract from the real French holiday experience.
