Management via Wil went great and car rental via Remy as well.

We had a fantastic time with our family (2 children aged 3 and 1.5) on blue bay and in this cottage! Beautiful location (few minutes walk from swimming pool and less than 10 minutes from the beach) and very child-friendly! There was very good communication with the landlord and we can definitely recommend and stay.

Villa 44 is a cozy house, love the porch. Fans are almost everywhere, which is nice. The seating area is great, as well as the big table outside. Sliding the doors can be a real workout, but it gives a great open space. We had ...

Villa 44 is a cozy house, love the porch. Fans are almost everywhere, which is nice. The seating area is great, as well as the big table outside. Sliding the doors can be a real workout, but it gives a great open space. We had a good time. Walking distance to a great beach is the best.
Blue bay staff is incredible, very, very friendly, customer focussed, and supportive when needed.
Mark was very responsive and checked in if everything was ok. We had to book another week and that was no problem.

Some things to be aware of:
- you can't single out the light in the bedrooms when a light is on anywhere in the house, you will notice it everywhere.
- I found cooking challenging on the electric stove, the pots are not specifically for electrical use, hard to regulate.
- like in many rental homes: dull knives, the dishwasher is not the best, and the equipment is limited, no iron, mop, etc.
- I would have loved using the washing machine, it was there but locked.
- Wifi is ok but not reliable enough for constant online meetings.
- with a rainstorm, water gets in the bedrooms, sewer of the bathroom smells.

Overall, a quiet (at least during a pandemic) relaxed place to stay for vacation.

The villa is very nice and is in a beautiful place. Last year we were in the vicinity of Montana and then you have the hustle and bustle around Willemstad every time. Or you have to want to sit on Jan Thiel or Mambo every day, but that's not our thing, so to speak.
Lovely to be able to walk from the Villa to the beach. Blue Bay is a nice piece of beach with nice bars and restaurants. In addition, we have also seen many other beaches.
All in all a wonderful holiday and have enjoyed Villa 44!!
The house was lovely, so to speak. Lots of amenities, air conditioners, fans, spacious bathing facilities, the cleaning was very good, lots of towels, etc. etc.
We also really loved the large veranda! Top all....
