Our stay with two teenagers at Villa Xenia was a success. Nice location and beautiful view. The owner gave correct info about the stay. The villa is well equipped with all the things you need. The quiet surroundings give you a holiday feeling and yet you are quickly on foot in the center with many restaurants. Villa Xenia is highly recommended.

The village is very cozy and easily accessible on foot. The air conditioning in all rooms was a blessing. It was really a place for us where we relaxed.

The house is located on the outskirts of Kamilari, within walking distance of the center with cozy taverns and a supermarket. Ariadni's pizzas were the absolute best for us and the children:)

The house is fine, with several terraces where you can eat or relax. On our arrival, a set of sheets was too short, but that was quickly arranged by the manager Alexandra. There is air conditioning, a comfortable kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. And the view is really fantastic, we couldn't get enough of that!
The only tip we would give to the owners is to think about a system to provide shade at the pool. There is a large parasol, but it is not usable in (strong) winds and due to its location on the hillside, it is sometimes quite windy. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the parasol during our stay.
But that's just a detail, we had a very nice time here. Definitely recommended!

The pictures were already promising; Reality surpassed everything! The luxurious finish, the grandiose view, the wonderful beds, the blissful showers, the fully equipped kitchen: great! You can always find a spot in the sun or in the shade on one of the terraces, the outdoor dining room where it was good to be. My favorite was the swimming pool with that amazing view!
Within walking distance of the authentic Kamilari with numerous terraces and restaurants that we have used frequently. A 10-minute drive from Matala with its cozy hippie vibe, nice shops, terraces and restaurants. Or swimming by the sea in Timpaki (10 minutes) with a lovely promenade where it was (very) good lounging after a hot day at the beach.

We were now all suffering from a serious form of homesickness for this unique place.
If I may mention a minus: there could be a little more storage space (but that could also have been due to our overstuffed shopping bags). For the rest: one of the most beautiful houses we have ever rented!
