You will then have to wash and change your bed linen, towels, etc. yourself. There is no cleaner every week.
Parking is in the parking lot of the complex, which is still a short walk to the house. Not convenient if you have a lot of luggage/groceries. Getting to the center and or beach is quite a bit of walking/climbing. So you have to be good on your feet and have a good level of fitness or go by car or taxi.
Roof terrace and Pool are fine, but instruction for filter and temperature Pool is missing. Still received it upon inquiry.
Kitchen is well equipped, unfortunately was also not very clean.
The photos in the advertisement look nice, now some faded glory. Sweet card and 2 bottles of wine to compensate for arriving in a dirty house. Paid the full pound, despite the fact that we did the 1st cleaning work ourselves to make it a little more hygienic and comfortable for ourselves.
Nerja itself is nice and cozy.

We are sorry that it turned out this way for you. During that period, the whole of Nerja unfortunately suffered from heavy and persistent Sahara sand and dust. The house was cleaned 1 day before your arrival, but the dust still got into the house afterwards. The house on the outside and the terraces were also still covered with a lot of orange sand.
After your report on arrival, we immediately went after it. We sent our cleaning lady, but you were not present and not available at that time.
After a lot of searching, because all of Nerja was cleaning, we found someone who could clean the next day. However, you were not available again. After we did have contact, you declined the offer to send our cleaning lady directly. You wanted to get started yourself and thought it would be better if our cleaning lady would come a few days later. Our cleaning lady has cleaned the entire house inside and outside as agreed. You indicated that you were happy that it was solved in this way.
Your complaint, that the towels etc are not changed weekly, surprises us. There was enough clean bedding available for several weeks. When renting out private homes, it is not like a hotel that your bed linen is changed and your space is cleaned. You rent a house with washing machine and all the resources to clean according to your own needs.
As an extra service and for proper use, we always provide the instructions for the pool personally. We will take your comment as a tip and put it in writing.
