We felt very comfortable in the holiday home from the beginning. The communication between the landlord and us was just great from the beginning. The house has everything you need for a great holiday and is very quiet. The small garden with the terrace was perfect for us and the children could play outside. The layout of the house is great and it is comfortably furnished. The view of the mountains is simply unique and we enjoyed the view of the mountains every morning directly from bed or while having breakfast on the terrace. What is especially worth mentioning is that the house was very clean. In the area of Kötschach you have many excursion destinations and you can also start many hikes directly from the house. We had a great week and thank the landlord for everything!

We hebben het in alle opzichten super naar onze zin gehad, het heeft aan al onze verwachtingen voldaan en zelfs overtroffen. Het comfort in het huis...

Wat hebben we een fantastische week gehad op deze sprookjesachtige plek!
We hebben het in alle opzichten super naar onze zin gehad, het heeft aan al onze verwachtingen voldaan en zelfs overtroffen. Het comfort in het huis, alles zo netjes/schoon, de gezellige haard, de knusse woonkamer, alles met liefde en zorg ingericht. De omgeving is bijzonder mooi, de zon, sneeuw, meerdere keren heerlijk gegeten in restaurant Reiter en ook een keer op de berg bij Restaurant de Ödenhutte. Nassfeld was geweldig, Lienz en ook een dagje Italië was zeer de moeite waard.
Ons ontbijt was een feestje door de heerlijke broodjes van Bäckerei Matitz, het leken wel gebakjes! Daarbij fijn dat de supermarkt ook zo dichtbij is.

De ontvangst was gastvrij en gelijk heel relaxed.
Complimenten voor de familie van Oirschot, volledige informatie, geen vraag was te veel... Zo enorm klantgericht!
We hebben alle 4 ontzettende heimwee! Kortom geweldig en komen graag nogmaals terug.
