We are Martin and Pauline Zwart. Martin has been in Giethoorn since his childhood. We have also been coming there for years: sailing with the kids, sitting on a terrace, cycling. When we found this special place, with the authentic thatched cottage, it clicked immediately. It is a real family home. The past year we have worked hard to renew the house and make it even more beautiful, while retaining the authentic atmosphere. We are very happy with the result!

Together with my disabled father, partner, brother and sister we had a wonderful week in Giethoorn/de Weerribben. A beautiful, characteristic cottage which is fully equipped. Tastefully decorated and with a nice garden.
