House is in a beautiful location with fantastic views close to border triangle with Slovenia and Italy. Interior inside is still authentic but exudes the Austrian atmosphere and everything was very clean. Beautiful large terrace and garden with swimming pool. The landlords are very nice and help you with everything. We enjoyed it here and definitely plan to come back again. We would like to thank Amarins and Peter for this beautiful holiday in their home and wish them all the best of luck.

In September we spent a wonderful holiday of 2 weeks in Haus Romsicht together with our 2 Malinois. Nice quiet location, beautiful views, amenities a few kilometers away but the possibility of the bakery at home. which is very nice. After a day we were used to some of the décor that seems to come straight out of the 70s, but is comfortable. The beds sleep wonderfully, so every day we woke up really rested. There is an awful lot to walk, see and do within a radius of half an hour, and the hostess always has useful tips for outings, hikes and, for example, restaurants.

Our two dogs also enjoyed it and because of the hard floors on the ground floor everything was easy to keep clean. However, we had already seen in advance on the photos that there is a steep slope in the garden. Our dogs can react a bit impulsively, so as a precaution we had brought a piece of sheep net with which we had deposited some on the first day, so that they could not make any accidents.

The owners are very welcoming and attentive, and are full of plans to improve things even further. Impressed by what they have already done in the short time since their emigration, we are confident and hope to come back again.

We had a super nice holiday. It is a nice house, the only downside for me was that if you want to go to the terrace you always have to go down/up a staircase, no problem if you have nothing wrong, but for me it was sometimes a thing. Amarins is always interested in how we are doing, she gives great tips and is always willing to lend a helping hand. When we drove past their house and she was outside, she was already waving 👋🏻 at us from afar.

We were very warmly welcomed by the enthusiastic landlady Amarins and also during our stay we could always go to her and she gave us practical tips, it doesn't get any better!
We really enjoyed the beautiful Austria and everything is easily accessible from the house. Fine restaurants and sights. Thanks Amarins!

We had a fantastic week in Romsicht. Our 18 year old daughter and her 18 year old friend also had a great time. The house is comfortable, spacious and everything you need is there. The house has a beautiful location with a breathtaking view!. There are lots of fun things to do in the area and everything is between a 15-30 min drive. Landlady Amarins is super friendly and always available. She gave us a lot of good tips to do. We will definitely come back again!

When we arrived we thought wow what a beautiful house!! And we were welcomed by the very friendly owner Amarins. It is a beautiful authentic Austrian house with beautiful views over the surrounding mountains and the valley.

When we arrived we thought wow what a beautiful house!! And we were welcomed by the very friendly owner Amarins. It is a beautiful authentic Austrian house with beautiful views over the surrounding mountains and the valley.
We went out every day with our dogs to make the most beautiful mountain hikes ... mostly at altitude because it was very hot in the valley ... but you can go either way. everything within half an hour's drive ... a lake ( presseggersee)... a mountain pass. ( Nassfeld Pass).. up a mountain.. ( Villacheralpenstrasse)... a city in Austria or Italy or Slovenia...... Really so much to see and experience !! Something for everyone ....
And when we sat in the garden, tired and satisfied in the evening, we enjoyed the peace and quiet of Kerschdorf...... the sound of the crickets.... the chirping of the birds.... eyes closed and totally Zen.... Magical place!!
And later, when we sat down on the lovely sheltered terrace when it got dark, we saw the fireflies gracefully floating by like in a fairy tale..... and on a moonless clear night we were even able to see the Milky Way while walking with the dogs !! It's such a beautiful world out there!! It's like living in a painting ..... We are now back home in the Netherlands, but my heart has remained ❤ in Kerschdorf

The landlady really makes you feel at home with her enthusiasm, customer friendliness, love for the environment and cordiality. In short: highly recommended! We would love to come back 😊 again.
