The villa is located in Rotonda, on the west coast of Florida, in an area with only luxury villas. The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and is fully equipped with everything you need for a wonderful holiday. The swimming pool is heated and is facing south. The terrace and swimming pool are very private. You can enjoy beautiful sunsets from the terrace and swimming pool.
The villa is 10 minutes drive from the most beautiful beaches on the coast of the Gulf of Mexico. Here you can see the most beautiful sunsets and you can enjoy nature with many bird species (including pelicans). You can also see dolphins and sometimes a manatee (sea cow).
There are numerous golf courses within a radius of 10 kilometers. The villa overlooks a lake at the back. This is the ideal place for a beach, water sports or golf vacation.
The Villa
Master bedroom
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, two walk-in closets, patio doors that open onto the pool. There is a very luxurious "en suite" bathroom with double sinks, oversized bath and a large walk-in shower. The toilet in the bathroom can be closed separately. There is also a 32 inch TV and a telephone in the bedroom.
Second bedroom
The second bedroom also has a king-size bed and a large closet.
Third bedroom
Two single beds, large closet and a radio with CD player.
Second bathroom
The 2nd bathroom has a bath, shower, sink, toilet and fitted wardrobe.
kitchen
The spacious kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances including dishwasher, oven, microwave, large fridge / freezer, with ice cube maker.
Breakfast corner
The breakfast corner consists of a table with 4 chairs and a bar with 2 bar stools.
Dining room
The dining room consists of a large 6 person dining table with 6 luxurious chairs.
The family room
In the family room it is good to stay with a 46 inch TV, a 5.1 surround sound system and a Blu ray player, CDs and DVDs with Dutch subtitles; and lots of games. There are two large sofas and an armchair.
In the family room there is a sliding door that leads to the terrace and the swimming pool.
From this room you have a beautiful view of the lake and the golf courses through the large panoramic window.
Sitting room
There is a separate sitting room for you to retreat. This sitting room has 2 relax sofas and a coffee table. Through the sliding door you immediately reach the terrace and the pool and from the lounge you have a beautiful view of the lake and the golf courses.
The laundry room
The separate laundry room contains a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a cupboard with, among other things, an ironing board and iron.
The garage
There is a double garage that can be opened with a remote control. There is a direct connection between the garage and the living area. In the garage there are 4 bicycles (2 adult and 2 children's bikes) and three golf sets (right-handed), one ladies and two men's versions, available for our guests.
Terrace
On the large terrace covered with horregaas is a 6 person table with 6 chairs. There are also 4 sun beds and a separate seat with table to enjoy the sunset. There is also a gas barbecue. A part of the terrace is covered and has a ceiling fan.
Swimming pool
The pool is heated by solar panels and is located on the south. The pool is therefore in the sun all day. The pool and terrace have a beautiful view and overlook a lake and on the 9th hole of the Pinemoore golf club. There is a separate toilet with washbasin on the terrace.
Internet
The villa has a desktop PC with free High-speed internet for our guests.
General details
The villa has a full air conditioning and all rooms including the terrace have ceiling fans. All bed linen, towels (including beach towels).
