Inside you will find an open plan living area, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, upstairs loft with flat screen TV and sofas, games room and themed rooms.
Outside highlights include a private screened pool with infinity pool, sun loungers and an outdoor dining area with table and chairs.This home is located in the exclusive Solterra Resort, a beautiful gated community ideally located just 15 miles from Disney World.
Guests can enjoy a wide range of luxurious amenities during their stay, including a fantastic clubhouse, a communal swimming pool with a lazy river watercourse and a wide range of sports facilities. With plenty of activities for the kids, this popular resort is suitable for all the family.

Your host, Familie Visser
We are a family of 4, two of whom are almost adult children, and we rent out our Family dream Villa Solterra Florida. Since unfortunately we cannot stay there all year round, the villa was completed in 2021.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy
- These prices include all costs such as local taxes, energy, water and final cleaning, but exclude pool heating. Only in case the rental period is shorter than two weeks, a cleaning fee of €100 will be charged.
- For a rental period longer than one month, please contact us for a tailor-made offer.
- The cost for pool heating is €25 per day, but this is normally not required from May to September (depending on weather conditions).
- For payment via PayPal (by credit card or otherwise), 3% will be charged.
- When booking a deposit of €500 is requested which will serve as a deposit. If canceled up to 3 months before arrival, this amount will be refunded.
- The total amount due for the rent must be paid 6 weeks before arrival. In case of cancellation within 6 weeks before arrival, in principle the total amount is due (unless the villa can still be rented out) and the deposit will be refunded.
