Overall, the house is very generously built.
Since the property is very large and the house was built high above the canal, you not only enjoy an unobstructed view, but at the same time you can be sure of your privacy, as no neighbor can have a direct view of the house.

You can get on the boat right behind the house and be on the Gulf of Mexico in 30 minutes!
But also by car our villa is so centrally located that you can reach everything in a few minutes!
The boat can be rented optionally to the house. It has 115 hp and can accommodate a maximum of 10 people. To ensure proper comfort, however, a maximum of 6 people should travel by boat. It offers the possibility to get directly from the garden to the Gulf of Mexico and watch dolphins, manatees, pelicans or sea eagles there!
