Beautiful, very well maintained villa. Located on a quiet street, opposite a cultural park.  The villa is located in a very well-maintained park (closed off from the public road with a concierge and gardener) with about sixty other similar villas. There is a large, general, daily checked, swimming pool with baby pool, sun loungers and parasols. The house is a 10-minute walk from the beach and the sea.
The entire inside of the villa is finished with marble. The living room is spacious with an (extendable) dining table, a dresser and a large, comfortable corner sofa. Internet at the park (a SIM card works better in the house) A sound-bar for the music is available. The villa consists of three floors with two spacious terraces. On the ground floor is the first terrace overlooking the street and the cultural park. The second, large terrace is located on the second  floor with a view of the cultural park and the mountains in the interior. There is also a barbecue there. On the ground floor is a small bathroom with shower, bathroom furniture and toilet. On the first  floor is a large bathroom with large shower, bathroom furniture and toilet. There is also a washing machine and dryer. The kitchen is excellently facilitated, with microwave, large oven, dishwasher, hob with one electric and three gas burners, kettle, Nespresso machine, milk frother and refrigerator with a separate freezer. On the first floor  there are two bedrooms with spacious closets and bedside tables; a master bedroom and a twin bedroom. On the second floor is a sofa bed for two people plus storage cupboard.
