The fully equipped open kitchen has a ceramic hob, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher, oven and a large fridge with freezer. With its three bedrooms, two bathrooms and separate third toilet, this villa is ideal for holidays with family or friends. All bedrooms have air conditioning/heating/mosquito nets/electric shutters. The luxury villa has a large terrace with garden furniture and umbrellas, private swimming pool, private sauna, bathtub with whirlpool, walk-in shower, garden with sun and shade, private garage, safe, flat screen TV, free Wi-Fi in all areas and lots of privacy. The exclusive resort Granada Residence has 24/7 security, fitness room, 3 outdoor swimming pools, 2 water slides, 1 (heated) indoor pool, table tennis, snooker, table football, wellness, hammam, sauna, steam room, children's playground, badminton court, outdoor fitness equipment and a covered BBQ area. Our guests have unlimited access to all the facilities of the resort. The indoor pool is 20 meters long, open all year round and heated in winter. The outdoor pools are open from the end of April - the end of October. Then the private swimming pool is also filled. There are several supermarkets about 2.5 km away, and the beach is 3 km from the villa. The nearest airport is Gazipasa Airport, 25 km away. After booking, please transfer half of the amount in advance. Transfer the other half no later than 6 weeks before departure.
