A spacious, very luxurious and detached 6-person holiday villa on the Turkish Riviera in Belek, will make your stay a dream holiday. The villa has unobstructed views and a private swimming pool of 10m x 5m with plenty of seating and sun loungers all around. The whole day you have sunlight on the pool and terrace. The garden is beautifully designed and gives you a lot of privacy and the ultimate foreign feeling. The villa is part of villa park Palm Lane Belek where a Turkish manager takes care of your stay.
The villas have all individual Dutch owners. The villa is located in the Eldorado for golf enthusiasts with a wide choice of golf courses of very high quality. A short distance away you will find the beach of Kadriye/Belek with its beach pavilions and luxurious sunbeds. In the villages of Kadriye and Belek, you can shop, visit the market and enjoy delicious Mediterranean cuisine. In addition, a visit to the larger cities in the area, such as Antanlya and Side, is definitely recommended. The villa has a stylish appearance and is built according to Western European standards and enriched with Mediterranean natural products such as dark gray granite floors and fully tiled bathrooms. The hot water supply is supported by solar panels and a hot water boiler for the colder periods. All rooms of the property are air-conditioned which can be controlled separately on the upper and lower floors. The windows of the houses are equipped with shutters to keep out heat and sunlight if necessary. The villa has a living room with a luxurious open modern kitchen with built-in appliances such as microwave and dishwasher. Both the living room and a double bedroom on the first floor are equipped with TVs where you have access to all Dutch and foreign channels via Canal Digital.
The villa has 3 luxurious bathrooms. Through the patio doors you walk to the covered outdoor terrace with large dining table adjacent to the pool. The outdoor terrace can also be closed off as a glass conservatory so that you are out of the wind. The same covered porch with outdoor seating can be found on the upper floor. You can also use a washing machine and a dryer. We provide 24/7 transport from the airport to the villa (approx. 20 minutes by car).
The layout of the villa is as follows:
Ground floor: spacious living room with open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary built-in appliances. On the ground floor there is also a double bedroom with extra large and luxurious bathroom. In the spacious hall are the toilet and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Living room and bedroom are air-conditioned.
Upper floor: here are three bedrooms with two adjacent luxury bathrooms. 2 bedrooms are designed as a double bedroom and the middle bedroom has a single bed with a spacious covered veranda.
