Welcome to Villa Jasmin in Alanya Hills! This private complex of 800m². myself in 2022. 2023 completely renovated and adapted with a beautiful private swimming pool. There is 100 percent panoramic sea views everywhere and is surrounded by beautiful nature. Only 5 minutes drive to the sea and the shopping center. Kargicak, a cozy resort on the Turkish Riviera, is close to larger well-known resorts on the south coast such as Alanya Mahmutlar Oba Konakli (Gazipasa airport Alanya) 20 minutes

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the leased property on the agreed date, he must immediately notify the landlord. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed to the landlord in writing or by email.

If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will continue to owe 30% of the rent; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks to the start date of the rental period 50%. If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.

Kargicak is a cozy little seaside town on the Turkish Riviera. The town is not far from the well-known large seaside resorts on the Turkish south coast, such as Alanya and Side. Like its 'big brothers', Kargicak has everything needed for a holiday full of sun, sea and sand. You can fully enjoy the wonderful climate, the clear sea and the excellent facilities for almost all kinds of water sports. Kargicak has a beautiful boulevard, which continues into the neighboring resort of Mahmutlar. On one side of the boulevard is the sun-drenched beach. Because it slopes very gently into the sea, it is very child-friendly and safe for swimming. On the other side is the small center of Kargicak. With a few nice boutiques, restaurants and cozy bars, there are plenty of options for shopping and going out.

Alanya Cleopatra beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in Europe. It is located between 2 mountains highly recommended to visit it, also the new cable car that goes over Alanya you really have to see a nice day to go out.
