We are Hilde and Hans, keep the good things in life and like to stay as it can under the French sun. Equally The Turkish coast may tempt us. Our apartment was especially warmth, ambiance and charm radiate and also have great comfort. As we previously rented something, we often came in simple interiors go where no attention was for atmosphere. This of course we wanted for ourselves do differently. And it worked! We hope you experience this as well. Soon!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Rental price based on use for 4 people. From the fifth person a surcharge is charged per person at 10.00 p.p.p.night.

You pay a one-time fee of 50 euros for hosting. You will be welcomed and explained for this, the swimming pool will be cleaned regularly and there will again be a contact person at your departure.

For linen and final cleaning, the costs are 100 euros. This includes 1 linen package per person for the entire stay, consisting of:

1 duvet with cover and fitted sheet, 1 pillowcase, 1 large towel and 1 small towel. Also included is 1 linen package for the kitchen for general use, namely 3 tea towels and 3 towels.

The energy costs will be deducted from the deposit paid in advance.

When booking, 50% will be charged, which we would like to receive within 5 days after the completion of your reservation. You then pay the remaining 50% 60 days before you move into the villa. Cancellation up to 60 days prior to this is possible. In that case, the 2nd payment does not have to be made. The 1st deposit is due to the landlord. You will receive timely reminder emails via this (*CONTENT HIDDEN*) with the request to make the second payment. Failure to make the second payment on time can be seen as a cancellation of the entire reservation.

In the case of a promotional price, a discount received or a special offer, the deposit is 100% and non-cancellable

Additional information

Turkey is an Islamic country with many beautiful mosques in the immediate vicinity. There is a call from the mosque about 5 times a day for 1-3 minutes. One finds it beautiful, the other annoying. Anyway, it's part of the culture of the country. Life goes on during such a call. It seems as if people don't even hear it anymore, and you soon get that experience yourself. There is a mosque in every village. Also at Villa Kestel is a beautiful mosque at the bottom of the road. You can of course just do what you want and you don't have to take anything into account. Enjoy this Turkish culture!
