Me and my wife rented this villa and had a nice holiday in Alanya and made good use of the villa and everything we needed was there and did it and also the décor is cozy and everything was clean and cared for and the TV has an extensive channel package incl. Film net and Dutch channels which I really liked. Location of the villa is on a mountain and you have a very nice view from the villa and what was already indicated in the advertisement there is still an unfinished villa on the left side next to it and it is driving by car about 10 minutes from the center of Alanya. We had rented a car ourselves, the managers of the villa gave us advice on that and that was good and not expensive and I found that easy. There is always something for everyone personally that you would rather or not have, but I certainly think that the general Price-quality ratio of the villa is more than sufficient, but I certainly cannot advise anyone not to rent this villa, especially if you are looking for peace and quiet and want to enjoy a wonderful sun holiday.

Partner and I were familiar with the city of Istanbul.
Now our first time with the family in Turkey. Rented a car through Boycar in Antalya. We were neatly picked up from the airport and after some administration were allowed to go straight to Alanya by car.

Good contact with Marcel and Sylvia. Sylvia received us and showed us around the house and she was ready for questions. Great service.

The house was beautiful with a lovely view.
Upstairs a nice terrace where we could have a nice breakfast and marvel at the view. Then splash around in the water. This was accessible via the downstairs bedroom. Very safe because we have a 3 year old girl and she slept upstairs with 2 brothers in two bedrooms. The children could never get to the pool alone when we slept in the morning. Feeling safe for us.

Bakery and supermarkets a short drive away, very doable!

We have seen the beautiful beaches like Cleopatra and Incekum beach. Fine sand and not too deep too quickly for the children.
Aquajoy su parki Manavgat was a nice and clean aqua park. A bit of a drive but it was worth it.
Also been to Dimcay, delicious food by the water to cool off.
Alanya center was plenty to do. In short, our week was too short. Next time definitely pay a longer visit to Alanya.
And with this beautiful villa, it was wonderful to hang out at home by the pool.

beautiful house on a really quit place half way the moutain. we rented the house in october, the swimming pool is nice and clean a bit chilly though, but not a problem; the sea was on a minute drive and very warm and nice. From the house you can make a nice walk up the hill, within a minute walk you can buy bread at a very local small store with an old local women. the mosque is beside the house, it is strange how fast you get used to the prayers, it gives al really oriental feeling :-). On walking distance is a perfect local brunch restaurant with delicious fresh baked food. The host of the house is very friendly and can give al sort of advices, he even buyed groceries for arrival. we really enjoyed our stay with our family with five children (7 till 16 years). this year we will come back! i am really looking forward to it.

Alanya is very beautiful, but with a private villa in this location in Kestel it is even more beautiful.

We enjoyed the peace and quiet and the pool. Rooms were spacious enough. Taxis had no trouble dropping us off at the villa and with your own car you have space for parking 2 cars.

Marcel was there for us at any time if we had any questions or something needed to be done.

Delicious eateries in the area, we enjoyed it so much!

It's even more beautiful in real life than the pictures. You have all the privacy you could wish for and it is well secured. The service was good, and was easy to reach for any questions.

We stayed one week at villa Kestel and it was really great. Complete privacy, tranquility, beautiful views and above all our contact Marcel in Turkey was really great. He provided us with great service throughout our stay. Nothing was too much for him. This was our first time in a villa and after this experience we will rent a villa more often instead of booking a hotel. The view is really amazing. Sunsets are beautiful. There is a bus to the center 2x per hour and a taxi is recommended on the way back. All doable. And the pool/terrace is top notch. Pure enjoyment in the mountains and at the same time not far from the center. If you want to find the hustle and bustle, you'll be there in no time.
