In front of the apartment there are two large terraces [downstairs and upstairs] with ample patio furniture [chairs; bench; table; couches and a parasol]. Both terraces overlook include the sea and the town of Mojacar in the mountains. Has an outlet and TV cnt.
The living room is spacious and "homey", including a 3-seater sofa; armchair; 3 stools; coffee table; side table and a dining table [extensible for 6 people] with dining chairs. A chair including dinner tray is also available.
All beds have drawers, where the extra bedding in is stored. All bedding is at least duplicated, namely; 2 double duvet cover, mattress cover 2 double, 2 double duvet, duvet 1 pers, mattress cover 2 double, 1 double duvet, pillow cases, pillows and bedspread.

This is our house with living tower and terrace. The oldest part is 1707 and the newest part from 2014.
