Attractive Swiss chalet. Chalet Valais located in Fiesch, Valais. Are you looking for a cozy chalet in a child-friendly and snow-sure ski area? Then get to know Aletsch Arena, more than 104 km of slopes. It is one of the most spectacular areas in Europe and has been on the Unesco World Heritage List since 2001. Everything here breathes pure nature, with a lot (almost four-thousanders) that overlook the whole thing. The snow-sure area includes Fiescheralp, Bettmeralp and Riederalp, a typical all-round hiking, skiing and cross-country destination. The Goms, known for its beautiful cross-country skiing, is also literally around the corner.

Fiesch is a cozy village with one of the largest glaciers in Switzerland, the Aletsch Glacier. There are several shops, a pharmacy, general practitioners and dentists in the village. There is an indoor swimming pool and a sports and Wellnes Center. Of course there are several restaurants in the village and its surroundings. This is also a fantastic area in the summer.

Since 1978 I have been with my parents in the Aletsch area. At Christmas in 2017 we have become the proud owner of Chalet Valais. Where we will spend various holidays with our family. Both in summer and winter it is a perfect base.

The big Aletsch Gletcher The longest glacier in Europe.

The Aspi-Titter Hängebrücke connects the Goms (Bellwald) with the Fieschertal. This bridge hangs over the Fieschergletcher.

In Brig there is a large swimming pool both inside and outside. There is a huge slide and there are thermal baths where you can also enjoy the spa.

The clearing on the Wasen, between Ernen and Ausserbinn, with a bizarre landscape of gnarled red firs and mighty boulders, offers the ideal natural environment for setting up an adventure-oriented playground with themed trails. The main square is equipped with fire pit, table, bench and fountain with basic infrastructure and also accessible by baby carriage. The Wasen is accessible by public transport (own Postautohaltestelle "magic forest - Wasen"). Car parking is very limited.

Fiesch is an ideal bestemming voor fietsers en mountainbikers. Rond Fiesch liggen valley of mountain bike route and sporty fietsers can dare dare aan tal van minder uitdagende diechten. Wielrenner's zoeken juist de beklimmingen in the buurt van Fiesch op.

The varied boat trip in dinghies on the young Rhône in Goms guarantees lots of fun for young and old.

The route goes through the Oberwalliser Hochtal with its unmarked villages in a picturesque nature. In addition to quiet parts in the process, there are also pieces where collective roostracht is requested.
