The apartment is located on the ground floor, seen from the rear. From the terrace on the lawn behind the house, you have a fantastic view of the Rhone Valley. See also the photo, which we have attached. Because there are only a few chalets in close proximity (and no apartment complexes), you can enjoy the surroundings in peace.

The apartment has a shower / toilet room, living room with two bedrooms. In one bedroom is a stack of bed and another bedroom a double bed with baby cot. The living room also has a sofa bed that can be used as a double bed. There is also an oven in the kitchen and a smart TV in the living room.
The apartment has a further space to store the ski and shoes.

My name is Juul Kampstra. The apartment is owned by the family and I go regularly in the winter and summer to the apartment for skiing, mountain biking, hiking and cycling. I also worked in the past two seasons as a ski instructor.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The minimum price of a stay in the lower apartment of Maison Almani is 150 euros, i.e. 1 night. The accommodation costs respectively a weekend, midweek and week are: 450, 600 and 700 euros respectively.

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the leased property on the agreed date, he must immediately notify the landlord.
A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed in writing or by emailto landlord.

If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will continue to owe 30% of the rent; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks to the start date of the rental period 50%. If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
