Malix is a small quiet mountain village on the road from Chur to Lenzerheide. In winter it is a fantastic ski area and in spring, summer and autumn a beautiful hiking and cycling area. In summer, Lezerheide is mainly known for its many mountain bike routes. Our house is approximately 1200m and is fully equipped. Internet, Dutch TV, plenty of company games, but also a washing machine, gourmet set and of course a real cheese fondue pan.
The Lenzerheide ski area is 5 km away, which starts in the village of Churwalden. This is about 5 minutes by car. You can also take the sports bus.

The Laax / Flims ski area is half an hour's drive away. Also nearby are Arosa and Monastery / Davos.

We have had a chalet in Switzerland since 1980. Normally we spend Christmas there, but since a few years we have also discovered the Swiss Summers. In a word Fantastic. Malix is a lovely village from which you can enjoy hiking, mtb'ing or cycling. Of course you can also just sit in the sun and read a book. It doesn't matter what you do it is simply delicious. We are happy to offer you the opportunity to use our house. Fam. Augustine
