Haus Piz Linard

In the picturesque Swiss village of Lantsch/Lenz, our apartment is located in Haus Piz Linard. Lenz is less than a 5-minute drive from the Lenzerheide-Arosa ski area. 

This area has 225 km of slopes and is one of the largest ski areas in Switzerland. You can also easily reach Lenzerheide with the ski bus. Lenz itself also has a small slope, ideal if you have smaller, beginner skiers in your party. 

Since December 2017, Lenz has been offering an official biathlon/cross-country skiing arena and thus provides access to up to 56 km of trails. Or maybe you want to go ice skating on the local ice rink and then to the wellness opposite it?

In summer you have the opportunity for beautiful walks and endless bike rides. A visit to the oldest city in Switzerland, Chur, is definitely worth it. Experience its 5000-year-old history walking through its pedestrian streets. Or a train ride on the Rhaetian railway; since 2008, the Bernina Railway and the Albula Railway have been on the UNESCO World Heritage List. 

Our house, fully equipped, is an ideal place to play golf after a day of skiing, hiking, swimming in the wellness bath H2Lai in Lenzerheide or in the summer in the Heidsee, tobogganing in Churwalden on one of the longest courses in Europe, golf .... nice to relax.
The spacious hall gives access to the living room. This has a cozy sitting and dining area, with beautiful views of the mountains. The open kitchen is well equipped with refrigerator, microwave, induction hob, oven and dishwasher. The first bedroom has a double bed, the other bedroom has a bunk bed with 3 beds. The bathroom is tasteful, spacious and equipped with bath, toilet and sink. 

There is a large balcony and a spacious terrace, which are in the sun for a large part of the day. In the house there is a separate room for skis, snowboards, sleds and bicycles. You have access to a private parking space in the garage under the house. Additional parking spaces are available outdoors.
