Accommodation
This spacious single storey Swedish villa/bungalow offers comfortable accommodation for families or groups of friends.
There are 4 bedrooms:
- 2 large rooms of 12 m² with double beds,
- 1 room of 9 m² with a double sofa bed and
- 1 room of 8 m² with a bunk bed.
The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet and chest of drawers, plus there is a 2nd toilet in the hall. The spacious entrance/hall offers plenty of space for coats and shoes.
The fully equipped kitchen has a dining table for min. Serves 6, perfect for cooking and eating together. The living room is also spacious, with a cozy sitting area, TV and another dining table for min. 6 people, ideal for shared meals or games.
The property has a very spacious garden of 3,000 m², with lots of privacy, a grill/barbecue area and a porch with ample seating, ideal for relaxing outdoors and enjoying the surroundings.
This villa combines a typical Swedish style with practical layout and plenty of space, so that everyone feels at home. A perfect place for a relaxing holiday, summer or winter, in a charming setting.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire villa/bungalow, giving you the freedom to feel right at home. Only one private storage room and the garage are not available. There is ample parking for 3 cars on site, and there is a carport for 1 car that is also at your disposal.

Other information
The key to the house is located in a lockbox next to the entrance door. Before arrival you will receive a code for this lockbox, which is valid from arrival to departure. Upon departure, we ask you to lock the house and put the key back in the lockbox.
You will also receive the wifi details before arrival. Broadband Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. In the living room there is a smart TV that is connected to Wi-Fi and on which you can cast with your own device.
During the winter period we ask guests to use the entrance door on the left side of the house. Through this entrance you enter a heated room where shoes can be put on and taken off and where there is storage space, so that the house and floors remain clean. We also appreciate this in the summer.
Region Ångermanland
The house is located in Norrfors-Nordmaling, on the Gulf of Bothnia. The beach is about 30 minutes away by car. accessible. Norrfors is the Lögdeälven, a popular river for sport and recreational fishing, with the high season in late May, June and early July, when salmon are caught. During this period, the area attracts many fishermen.
Close to the house is Svartforsen, a beautiful rapid that flows into a widening of the river with a small sandy beach. Here you will find a public sauna, a barbecue area and several picnic tables, in the middle of nature and surrounded by forest.
The smell of freshly baked bread regularly hangs in the neighborhood: the local bakery is at work. They supply bread and pastries to supermarkets and campsites in the region, but visitors can also come here for fresh bread and pastries.
The village is surrounded by nature. In winter, there are several snowmobile routes to surrounding villages and towards Nordmaling, Bjurholm and Trehörningsjö. In the summer there are beautiful hiking trails for short and longer trips, and plenty of lakes for swimming and enjoying peace and nature. An unspoilt and idyllic part of Sweden.

The house has parking on site, with enough space for 3 to 4 cars and a carport for 1 car.
By car you can reach Norrfors via the AC 508, coming from Nordmaling or Umeå. The house is also accessible by public transport: from Resecentrum Nordmaling bus lines 109 and 111 run towards Norrfors.
Umeå Airport is just over an hour away by car (via the E4 to Nordmaling and then the AC 508 to Norrfors).
For daily amenities and excursions, some larger towns are nearby. Bjurholm is a good half hour away and has two supermarkets, a pizzeria, a restaurant, a kiosk and a golf course. The nearest supermarket is in Trehörningsjö, about a 20-minute drive away. The coastal town of Nordmaling is about a 25-minute drive away.
