Cancellation up to 60 days before arrival: 25% of the rent + administration fee.

Cancellation between 60 and 30 days before arrival: 50% of the rent + administration fee.

Cancellation within 30 days before arrival, no-show or early departure: 100% of the rental price + administration fee.
