The house is located in Surivillage, a quiet green neighborhood under development in Paramarbio North, close to Cleviapark and the restaurants of Blauwgrond. The property has six bedrooms, four of which are air-conditioned and two with fans. The lower floor has two bathrooms and separate toilets. On the upper floor has already been added and has two bedrooms with access to a balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped, including induction hob. Meals can be enjoyed at the indoor dining table or on the outdoor covered terrace. The terrace connects directly to a spacious garden with swimming pool.
For larger groups it is possible to rent the studio. This features an additional double bedroom with air conditioning, an en-suite bathroom and a kitchen with fridge. This makes the house suitable for groups of up to 14 people.
For stays with more than six people, a surcharge of €15 per person per night applies.
