There are two balconies, one with a view of the river and the pool and another with a view of the gated housing project where this property is located. You have a swimming pool with diving board and a built-in jacuzzi suitable for 12 people. By the pool there is an outdoor cabana with sound system amenities and an outdoor kitchen. While you swim or sit in the jacuzzi, you can play your favorite music over the Sonos sound system installed around the pool. Prepare your favorite drinks and dishes in the outdoor kitchen while your fellow holidaymakers cool off in the pool.

The gated project Palm Village lends itself to jogging or walking in the evenings because of the wide roads and child-friendliness. There is a beautiful lake on this project where the view is stunning against the red sun glow in the early evening.

This villa is located on the Palm Village project and can be reached from the city within a 15-20 minute drive. The whole house is secured with alarm and camera surveillance, access to the Palm Village project is only possible after coordination with the security. This house is on a property with another accommodation, it is possible that you will have to share the pool and outdoor facilities with other holidaymakers. Don't worry, there are plenty of options and seats to quietly withdraw so that there is no nuisance. Your host will be able to provide further rules.
